Lay’s are the chips manufactured by Lay’s brand. This brand was established in 1940 by Herman Lay’s in the United States of America. Now there are more than 150 flavors of Lay’s in different countries. The common flavors are salt, sour cream, salt and vinegar, onions, and cheese. These all different flavors are made up of different ingredients. Ever since the company was established, it has been using different ingredients and methods to improve the quality and taste of the product. At first, the chips were cooked in hydrogenated oil, but from 2013, it was only cooked in sunflower oil or canola oil.
