United Nations (UN) meaning: An international organization that aims at facilitating cooperation in international law, human rights, social progress, international security, and accomplishment of world peace. The United Nations was founded in 1945 after World War II. The main purpose of forming the United Nations was to stop wars between countries and prepare the ground where all of these could talk.
